26" Tunable Rosewood Shaman Drum/Bodhran Bolt
tuning is hidden on the inside of the frame. Goatskin, rosewood,
includes a slim beater, a 2-knob beater, a leather beater and a tuning
wrench. My new favorite drum! I thought there was no other drum better than the 22" Shaman drum below. But this is awesome. It is HUGE. The shell is a little bit deeper than the 22" drum but with the large diameter it sounds similar only BIGGER! The best thing is that it is tunable from the inside. Take that humidity! |

Rain Drum

Rain drums: I use these a lot for water sound effects. They are also great meditation instruments. Two fixed goatskin heads on a frame contain beads that bounce and roll off the membranes' inside surface. Sounds like rain and thunder.
